Warning
Kinghills does not accept players from the United Kingdom. That is not my reading between the lines; its own terms say it. The company behind it is IntellogixSoft B.V., licensed in Curaçao, though you will not find that name on Kinghills' site today. Our team checks every fact here against Kinghills' own pages and the regulator's records before we publish.
No. The terms list the UK second among the countries whose players may not play:
"Players from the following countries and their territories ("Restricted Countries") are not allowed to deposit and play real money games: United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, France, ..."
We read that clause on 28 September and again on 29 September 2026. The terms add that "The Casino cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if the player breaches this Restricted Countries policy." The site itself still loads from a UK address (read 4 October 2026) and advertises a welcome pack to the visitor. A casino that shows offers to UK visitors while its terms bar them is the reason this post is a warning.
Kinghills' live terms name nobody. They say only that the services "are provided by the Company", and that the Company "is fully licensed to perform its business activities in conformity with the laws of its country of incorporation." The licence box in the footer is empty.
It was not always so. In 2024 the terms opened with the operator's name, IntellogixSoft B.V. The footer of that period linked to a certificate from the regulator, and that certificate is still live:
"This is to certify that kinghills.com is operated by IntellogixSoft B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao ... and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1121/1020 ... The license was granted on 16/01/2025 and its current status is Active"
So the operator is known. Kinghills has simply stopped telling its visitors.
The regulator's own records disagree with each other, so I show both. The certificate above says "Active". The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, in its edition last updated 21 September 2026, lists licence OGL/2024/1121/1020 for IntellogixSoft B.V. as "Assessment in progress", with an end date of January 16, 2026. We read both on 29 September 2026. Neither document is a British licence, and Kinghills' pages claim none.
Two casinos have their own regulator certificates, and each names IntellogixSoft B.V. as the company that operates the casino, the same operator as Kinghills.
Run by IntellogixSoft B.V.

Memo Casino (memocasino.com) bars UK players. Its terms list the United Kingdom among its restricted countries in an archived copy from 1 September 2024, on the live site on 28 September 2026 and again on 4 October 2026.
XtraSpin (xtraspin.com) bars them too. Its terms, read from a UK address on 4 October 2026, put the United Kingdom on that list as well.
You will see longer lists elsewhere. Some review sites group Nine Casino, NineWin, Jokabet, BetOnRed, CryptoLeo, Vipzino and Katana Spin with Kinghills. They do look alike, but no certificate or terms page we have read ties them to IntellogixSoft, so they are not on this page as sisters.
Kinghills is closed to UK players by its own rules, has taken its operator's name off its pages, and sits on a licence whose status two regulator documents describe differently. Our research rates it 2.9 out of 5, on five of six criteria, from its own pages. There is nothing here for a UK player, and I would not look for a way in.
If a casino's own terms say it does not accept you, do not try to get round them. Winnings may not be paid. If gambling is costing more than you can afford, you can block every site licensed in Great Britain for free at GamStop, or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 802 0133. If you are in Great Britain and are offered gambling by a business that does not appear to hold a licence, you can report it through the Gambling Commission's Tell us something in confidence page.
No. Its terms name the United Kingdom as a restricted country, and say withdrawals may not be processed for players who break that rule.
IntellogixSoft B.V., a Curaçao company, according to the regulator's certificate for kinghills.com. The casino's own pages stopped naming it.
Memo Casino and XtraSpin share its operator, IntellogixSoft B.V., according to the regulator's certificate for each.
Its operator holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1121/1020. The certificate calls it Active; the register of 21 September 2026 says Assessment in progress. Its pages claim no British licence.
