True Fortune sister sites: no named owner, no licence we could verify
- Runs it
- Not named. "HD Trading", Nicosia, Cyprus in 2022.
- Licence
- "#8048/JAZ" in its code. Licence checker: "INVALID".
- UK players
- Not on its restricted list. Terms offer pounds to UK residents; UK withdrawals by Bitcoin only.
- Confirmed sisters
- None. It mentions a sister casino but names none.
- Payments
- Its terms list Visa, Mastercard, web wallets and vouchers; its FAQ lists MasterCard, Cashlib and Bitcoin for deposits.
- Rating
- 3.1 out of 5, rated on three of six criteria from its own pages
True Fortune does not say who runs it. In 2022 its footer named "HD Trading" in Nicosia, which is not a full company name and matches nothing we could find on a register. The licence number in its code cannot be verified by the body that issued it, and the Curaçao register has no entry for it. Our team checks every fact here against True Fortune's own pages, the archives of its site and the regulator's records before we publish.
Who owns True Fortune?
The About page, read from Canada on 29 September 2026, says:
"True Fortune is an online casino owned and operated by an incorporated corporation organized licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao for the purpose of operating an online casino."
The footer reads "© 2026 True Fortune", with no company and no seal. In January and May 2022 its terms and homepage said something different:
"Operations managed by HD Trading Nicosia Cyprus Gaming License under the Curacao Gaming Authory #8048/JAZ"
The spelling is theirs. "HD Trading" has no legal suffix and no number, and a company search on OpenCorporates returns hundreds of unrelated firms by that name. So even the old answer does not identify anyone.
Is True Fortune licensed?
Its terms say it is "registered, licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao". The number in its website code is "#8048/JAZ", the default on the software platform it shares with other casinos, so it proves nothing about this casino in particular. The holder of that number, Antillephone, gives this result for the site:
"Antillephone cannot verify the licensing status of true-fortune.com ... Operating status: INVALID"
We read that on 28 September 2026. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, edition of 21 September 2026, has no entry for True Fortune, its domain or that number. True Fortune claims no British licence, and no company linked to it appears on GamStop's list of participating companies.
True Fortune sister sites
True Fortune's terms refer to "a sister casino on the Rival platform" and name none. It runs on the same Rival software as Cocoa Casino (rated 2.5 out of 5 in our research), and the text file behind both websites is identical. That is a shared platform, not a shared owner.
The same text file mentions Windward Circle B.V. and a Curaçao licence application, but in a section written for another brand, Pure Casino, which never appears on True Fortune's pages. Onlinecasinodollar.com says True Fortune is owned by Pan De Bono Consulting Limited with Windward Circle B.V. as licence holder; thesistersite.co.uk calls it "A clearly connected Windward Circle casino"; other sites name SSC Entertainment N.V. and list Paradise 8 and DaVinci's Gold as sisters. We read those claims on 29 September 2026. None is confirmed by True Fortune's own pages or a register, so none is published here as fact.
What the terms say about withdrawals and complaints
- Approval time: 5 to 18 working days after authorisation, with sign-off from the casino's Fraud department.
- Fees: wire, Neteller and direct-to-card withdrawals carry a transfer fee of 10 to 40 $/EUR/GBP.
- Small deposits: on deposits of 249 USD/EUR/GBP/AUD or less, winnings are capped at 10 times the deposit per session.
- UK withdrawals: players in the US, Australia and the UK "can currently withdraw winnings through Bitcoin only."
- Complaints: "the complaint must be submitted in writing within five (5) days of the event."
- Deposit fee: "A 3% processing fee will be taken on all deposits."
Sites like True Fortune, and what to check first
A site like True Fortune is one that looks or plays similarly, which is what people mean by casinos like True Fortune. It is not a sister. A look-alike is not run by the same operator or owned by the same company as True Fortune, so the facts on this page do not carry over to it.
On any look-alike, check who its terms name as the operator, then find that licence on the regulator's own register. For readers in Great Britain, our posts on Mr Q, Jackpotjoy and Gala Bingo cover casinos run by Tek Fox Ltd, Gamesys Operations Limited and LC International Limited, each with a Gambling Commission licence (Great Britain). Our guide on how to check who runs a casino shows the steps.
Our take
The one company name True Fortune ever gave is not a company anyone can look up. Its licence number is shared platform boilerplate that the issuer will not confirm. The terms give you five days to complain, up to 18 working days to wait for approval, and fees on most ways of cashing out. The "no deposit bonus" searches that bring people here are answered by its own rule that free bonus winnings are capped at 50 credits. Our research rates it 3.1 out of 5, rated on three of six criteria from its own pages, and I would still leave it alone.
Safer gambling
A five-day complaint window and no named company leave you with little protection. If gambling is costing more than you can afford, you can block every site licensed in Great Britain for free at GamStop, or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 802 0133. If you are in Great Britain and are offered gambling by a business that does not appear to hold a licence, you can report it through the Gambling Commission's Tell us something in confidence page.
Questions
Who owns True Fortune?
No one we can confirm. The last name its own pages gave, in 2022, matches no company on any register we searched.
Is True Fortune licensed?
Not that we could verify. Its pages point to Curaçao, but Antillephone's checker returns INVALID.
What are True Fortune's sister sites?
None is confirmed. It shares its software and site text with Cocoa Casino, which is a platform link, not proof of one owner.
How long do True Fortune withdrawals take?
Its terms say approval takes 5 to 18 working days after authorisation.
