Velobet is run by Santeda International B.V., licensed in Curaçao. Three other casinos, Goldenbet (3.2), Rolletto (1.9) and Cosmobet (2.1), name the same company on their own terms pages, which makes them Velobet's sisters. But they only say so to visitors outside the UK. Read from the UK, two of them name nobody and the third will not open at all. Our team tests the casinos and checks every fact here against the casinos' own pages and the regulator's records before we publish.

Who runs Velobet?

The operator is on Velobet's Company Details page:

"Velobet.com is operated by Santeda International B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao ... and is licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority (CGA) to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1798/1048"

The same page names Santeda International Limited as the payment agent. Velobet's KYC policy page, read from the UK on 4 October 2026, carries the same operator and licence number. The General Terms we read from the UK, version 07/03/2025, do not carry that operator line, although a copy of the same page captured on 7 September 2026 did.

Is Velobet licensed?

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, edition of 21 September 2026, lists OGL/2024/1798/1048 for Santeda International B.V. as "Assessment in progress", with an end date of December 24, 2025. The register's own header warns that its lists do not guarantee current validity. Velobet's footer links a licence validator, but the link would not open when we checked. Velobet claims no licence from the Gambling Commission.

Velobet sister sites

Goldenbet, Rolletto and Cosmobet are Velobet's sisters because their own terms name the same operator, Santeda International B.V. We read their terms pages twice on 30 September 2026: once as a visitor in Canada and once as a visitor in the UK.

From Canada, all three name the operator. Rolletto's page, for example, names "Santeda International B.V." and, as a quoted fact, "license number OGL/2024/1798/1048". Goldenbet and Cosmobet carry the same operator line with their own names.

From the UK, the story changes. Rolletto's and Cosmobet's terms say only that the website is "operated by us", with no company anywhere on the page. Goldenbet shows "ACCESS RESTRICTED We are sorry, but Goldenbet is not available in your country". So a UK reader checking these casinos for themselves would find no owner at all.

What the terms say about withdrawals and complaints

  1. Minimums: deposits and withdrawals start at 10 EUR. Deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal or a 20% deduction applies.
  2. Timing: "All withdrawals including Bank Transfer payouts are processed within three (3) banking days".
  3. Caps: 7,500 EUR/USD a week and 15,000 a month, with VIP exceptions; wins over 15,000 EUR may be paid in monthly instalments.
  4. Verification: ID or passport plus proof of address no older than 3 months; checks take up to 48 hours after documents arrive.
  5. Complaints: to support first, then complaints@velobet.com; the terms name compliance@velobet.com instead. Disputes go to a court in Curaçao.

Sites like Velobet outside Santeda International B.V.

A site like Velobet is a casino that a reader might compare with Velobet, perhaps because it also holds a Curaçao licence or turns up in the same search results. That is not the same as a sister. A sister is a casino run by the same operator or owned by the same company, shown on the casinos' own pages or the regulator's record. A look-alike is not, so the facts on this page about Santeda International B.V., its licence and its terms do not carry over.

For any look-alike, check who its own terms name as the operator, then look up that licence on the regulator's register, as we did for Velobet above. If you want casinos licensed in Great Britain, our posts on Mr Q (Tek Fox Ltd), Jackpotjoy (Gamesys Operations Limited) and Gala Bingo (LC International Limited) each name the operator and a Gambling Commission licence. How to check who runs a casino covers the steps.

Our take

Velobet does name its operator, but its sister casinos show theirs to visitors in Canada and hide it from visitors in the UK. To me that is not how a business behaves when it wants UK players to know who they are dealing with. The family is real; the UK simply is not shown it. Our research rates Velobet 2.8 out of 5 on five of six criteria, read from its own pages.

Safer gambling

Velobet is licensed outside Great Britain, so GamStop does not cover it; its own self-exclusion is arranged through its support team. If gambling is costing more than you can afford, you can block every site licensed in Great Britain for free at GamStop, or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 802 0133.
