Sister sites
MyStake is run by GTW B.V., a company registered in Curaçao, under a licence from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. It has one confirmed sister, DonBet, whose own terms name the same operator. Several other casinos are often called MyStake sisters, but their own terms name a different company. Our team checks every fact here against MyStake's own pages and the regulator's records before we publish.
The operator is named in MyStake's general terms:
"mystake.com is operated by GTW B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao ... and is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/250/0115"
The same terms name a Cyprus company, CYGTW LTD, as the payment agent of "the license holder and parent company - GTW B.V." One thing a careful reader should know: MyStake's terms are not the same everywhere. We read that paragraph in the version served to Canada. The version served to Ireland leaves it out and carries a different list of barred countries. The version we read from the UK on 5 October 2026 bars Russia, Dutch West Indies, Curacao and OFAC sanctioned countries from depositing and playing real money games, and the United Kingdom is not on that list. Its Netent game terms separately list the United Kingdom as an absolute restriction for Netent casino games. MyStake's privacy policy, read from the UK on the same day, also names GTW B.V. as the licence holder and calls the licensing body the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
MyStake has not always belonged to GTW. The news site next.io reported on 2 February 2026 that its footer had moved to GTW B.V. from Santeda International B.V. That is next.io's report; MyStake's own pages today name only GTW.
Yes, in Curaçao, and the regulator's two records describe that licence differently. The certificate linked from MyStake's footer says the licence "was granted on 01/07/2024 and its current status is Active". The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, in its edition last updated 21 September 2026, lists that licence for GTW B.V. as "Assessment in progress", with an end date of December 24, 2025. We read both on 28 September 2026 and quote them as they stand. MyStake claims no licence from the Gambling Commission.
DonBet is the confirmed sister because its own terms say "Donbet.com is operated by GTW B.V.", the same operator as MyStake, with the same company number. The licence number it gives is OGL/2024/250/0115.

Velobet (2.8 out of 5), Goldenbet (3.2), Rolletto (1.9) and Cosmobet (2.1) are often listed as MyStake sisters. Their own terms, read on 28 September 2026, name Santeda International B.V., a different company. They may belong to the same wider group, but our test is the same operator or owner, shown on the casinos' own pages or the regulator's record, and on that test they are not MyStake's sisters. They have their own post under Velobet.
The two casinos share an operator and much of the same terms template, including the weekly and monthly withdrawal caps. The differences are in what each publishes. DonBet's terms spell out a no-deposit bonus rule of 100x rollover within 48 hours with a 100 EUR/USD cap, and a dormant account fee of 10 EUR a month after 12 months. DonBet lists GBP and its crypto currencies by name. MyStake links a regulator certificate from its footer; DonBet links none.
A site like MyStake is another casino that looks and plays much the same, which is what people mean when they search for sites like MyStake. That makes it a look-alike, not a sister. A look-alike shares nothing with GTW B.V., its Curaçao licence or its terms, so what this page says about withdrawal caps, complaints or licence status does not carry over to it.
On any look-alike, check two things first: who its own terms name as the operator, and whether that company's licence is on the regulator's register. The steps are in how to check who runs a casino. For casinos licensed in Great Britain, our posts on Mr Q, Jackpotjoy and Gala Bingo each name the operator and a Gambling Commission licence (Great Britain). I am not recommending them, only pointing to where the facts are.
MyStake at least tells you who runs it and shows a certificate, which is more than several offshore casinos manage. Two things keep me cautious: its terms change depending on where you read them from, and the regulator's register and certificate disagree on the licence status. Its family is small and clear, MyStake and DonBet. Lists that add Velobet, Goldenbet and the rest are mixing two companies. Our research rates MyStake 2.7 out of 5, scored on four of six criteria from its own pages.
MyStake is licensed outside Great Britain, so GamStop and the Gambling Commission's complaint routes do not reach it. Its own self-exclusion runs by email for six months to five years. If gambling is costing more than you can afford, you can block every site licensed in Great Britain for free at GamStop, or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 802 0133.
GTW B.V., a Curaçao company, according to MyStake's own terms and its regulator certificate.
Only DonBet is confirmed. The casinos often listed beside it belong to a different company.
No. Its only licence is OGL/2024/250/0115, from the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
Yes. Both say in their own terms that GTW B.V. operates them.
